FTPCCI, EAGLE Plan Drug-Free India Short Film Contest

FTPCCI, EAGLE Plan Drug-Free India Short Film Contest

Two groups in Andhra Pradesh want to hold a short-film contest.

The contest will be called ‘Drug-Free India.’

Its goal is to help people understand why drugs can be harmful.

The organisers especially want young people to learn about these dangers.

Films can discuss families, youth, responsibility and staying away from drugs.

The films may be shown through entertainment and digital platforms to reach more people.

Officials agreed in principle to the plan at a meeting on Tuesday.

More rules will be announced soon, and interested filmmakers can call the listed helpline numbers.
