Gold Rebounds ₹1,400 Near ₹1.47 Lakh; Silver Falls ₹1,000
Gold prices in Delhi went up by ₹1,400 to almost ₹1.47 lakh per 10 grams because people started buying it again after it became cheaper.
This happened because of good news from other countries and a weaker US dollar.
On the other hand, silver prices kept going down for the sixth day in a row, falling by ₹1,000 to ₹2,21,500 per kilogram.
This is because people are worried about the US and Iran fighting and the US keeping interest rates high.
Oil prices also went up and down because of the fighting between the US and Iran, but then they went down a bit when both sides started talking to each other.
Gold prices rebounded by ₹1,400 to ₹1,46,900 per 10 grams in Delhi due to bargain buying and firm global trends.
Silver prices fell by ₹1,000 to ₹2,21,500 per kilogram, extending losses for the sixth consecutive session.
Gold's rebound was driven by positive international cues and a subdued US dollar movement.
Silver's decline was attributed to liquidation and geopolitical risks, with investors weighing these against expectations of elevated interest rates by the Federal Reserve.
Crude oil prices fluctuated due to US-Iran tensions, with Brent crude briefly climbing above USD 91 per barrel and West Texas Intermediate topping USD 85 per barrel.
