Temba Bavuma's Journey to South African Captaincy
Temba Bavuma, the current South African cricket captain, has been making waves with his leadership.
He recently scored 1000 Test runs as captain and led his team to victory in India.
However, many might not know that his first experience with captaincy was in 2019 when he was used as a 'proxy' by the then captain, Faf du Plessis, to try and end his losing streak of tosses.
This unusual tactic didn't work, and South Africa lost the match.
