Avatar 3 and Dhurandhar Box Office Success
Avatar: Fire and Ash, the third movie in the Avatar series directed by James Cameron, has made over ₹125 crore in India in just 9 days.
It's not as popular as the second movie, Avatar: The Way of Water, but it's still doing well.
The movie is competing with a Hindi film called Dhurandhar, which is also doing very good business.
Dhurandhar, starring Ranveer Singh and Akshaye Khanna, has crossed ₹668 crore in India in 23 days and has become the highest-grossing Bollywood movie of 2025 worldwide.
James Cameron has said that if Avatar: Fire and Ash does well, there might be more Avatar movies in the future.
The movie cost a lot to make, around $400 million, which is why it needs to do well at the box office.
In Dhurandhar, Ranveer Singh rides a customized Royal Enfield motorcycle, which has also grabbed the attention of fans.
James Cameron has also mentioned that if Avatar 4 and 5 are not made, he will reveal the planned storylines in a press conference.
