Punjab Police Demolish Drug Peddler's Illegal Mohali Property
Imagine a person who was selling illegal drugs.
The police found out that he used the money he made from selling drugs to build a house on land that didn't belong to him.
This house was like his secret hideout and even had cameras to watch for police.
So, the police came and tore down the house.
They also took away another house he owned and his car because they believed he got those with drug money too.
This is how the police are trying to stop people from making money through illegal activities like selling drugs.
Punjab Police demolished the illegal house of alleged drug peddler Bhagirath in Mohali.
The property was constructed on Greater Mohali Area Development Authority (GMADA) land using alleged drug money.
Bhagirath, who is currently absconding, reportedly used the house as his headquarters for drug smuggling.
The house was equipped with surveillance cameras to monitor police activity.
In addition to the demolition, another house and an Innova car belonging to Bhagirath were attached by the police.
