Miss World CEO: Miss England's Claims Are Hurtful and Unsubstantiated
The Miss World pageant is about to have its big show in India.
The Miss England contestant, Milla Magee, left the competition.
At first, she said it was because her mother was sick.
But then she told a newspaper about safety issues in India.
The head of Miss World, Julia Morley, says Magee's claims are not true and that she is just trying to get attention.
Morley says the other contestants and the team are having a great time in India and the show will go on as planned with over 100 contestants.
Miss England, Milla Magee, initially left Miss World 2025 citing personal reasons.
Magee later made claims about safety concerns in India to a UK tabloid.
Miss World Organisation CEO Julia Morley dismisses these claims as unsubstantiated.
Morley suggests Magee left to gain attention due to lack of chance to win.
The Miss World 2025 finale is scheduled for May 31st in Hyderabad.
