Indian U20 Rugby Teams to Compete in Asia Championship
The Indian U20 rugby teams are getting ready to play in a big tournament in Rajgir, India.
The men's team will be led by Sumit Kumar Roy, and the women's team will be led by Bhumika Shukla.
Both teams trained hard at a camp in Kolkata to get ready.
The tournament is called the Asia Rugby Emirates U20 7s Championship and will happen on August 9th and 10th.
The teams are excited to play at home and make their country proud.
This is the first time both teams have played in the same tournament since 2022.

The tournament will be held in Rajgir, Bihar on August 9 and 10.
The teams were selected following a national coaching camp in Kolkata.
Nepal replaces Malaysia in the Women's category.
This is the first time since 2022 both Indian U20 teams participate together.
