Global Pickleball Alliance Launches with First Tournament

The Global Pickleball Alliance is a new group that wants to make pickleball a bigger sport all around the world.

They started with a big tournament in Melbourne, Australia, called the Sypik Australia NPL Invitational.

This tournament was special because it was the first one under the new alliance.

The alliance also introduced a new ranking system called the Global Pickleball Rankings.

This system gives players a single scoreboard that works the same no matter where they play, whether it's in Melbourne, London, or Toronto.

The alliance hopes this will help more people play and watch pickleball.
