SC issues SOP for court management, justice delivery
The Supreme Court of India has made a new rule to help courts work better and give justice faster.
Now, senior lawyers and others who argue cases in court must tell the court how much time they need to present their arguments.
They have to do this at least one day before the hearing starts.
This rule starts right away and applies to all cases that are already in the process or are about to be heard.
The goal is to make things more organized and quicker in court.
