Sagility Q1 FY27 Profit Rises 73.5% to ₹257.7 Crore

Sagility Ltd, a healthcare-focused business process management company, reported a significant increase in both revenue and profit for the first quarter of the fiscal year 2027.

The company's net profit rose by 73.5% to ₹257.7 crore, while revenue from operations increased by 31.5% to ₹2,024.3 crore.

This growth was driven by the acquisition of CareSeed LLC, a U.S.-based healthcare technology company.

However, the company faced challenges with higher tax expenses and an exceptional charge related to revised minimum wage-linked employee benefit liabilities, which impacted profit before tax.

Despite these challenges, the company's earnings per share improved, and the board proposed a final dividend of ₹0.10 per equity share for FY26.
