Global Protests Erupt Over Bangladesh Killings

Global Protests Erupt Over Bangladesh Killings

People in India and Nepal are very upset because two Hindu men, Dipu Chandra Das and Amrit Mondal, were killed in Bangladesh.

The protesters say that Hindus in Bangladesh are not safe, and they are blaming the Bangladeshi government for not protecting them.

In Kolkata, people tried to march to the Bangladesh office, but the police stopped them.

They burned a dummy of Bangladesh's leader and demanded justice.

In Hyderabad, another group burned the Bangladeshi flag.

In Nepal, protests were held in several cities, including Kathmandu, Birgunj, and Janakpurdham.

The protesters blocked roads and raised slogans asking for the safety of Hindus in Bangladesh.

Some religious leaders in India have also threatened to disrupt cricket matches if a Bangladeshi player, Mustafizur Rahman, is allowed to play in the Indian Premier League (IPL) next year.

They say this is to show their anger over the killings in Bangladesh.
