Bhowanipore Dog Trainer Arrested Over Alleged Sexual Assault
A dog trainer in Bhowanipore has been arrested after a domestic worker accused him of sexual assault.
The woman is 35 years old and is from Odisha.
Police took her for a medical examination after she made a complaint.
They then added a serious rape-related charge to the case.
The accused is also facing charges connected to allegedly hurting the woman.
A court sent him to police custody until September 1.

Arjun Prasad Yadav, a dog trainer, was arrested after a 35-year-old domestic help complained of alleged sexual assault.

Police added an aggravated rape section after the medical test and also booked Yadav for causing hurt, including with dangerous weapons.
Yadav was produced in court earlier this week and remanded to police custody until September 1.
Police also cited a separate recent case involving a cook accused of attempting to rape and attacking a domestic help with a knife and scissors.
