TTD Former EO Questioned Again in Laddu Ghee Scandal

Former TTD Executive Officer A. V. Dharma Reddy was questioned for the second consecutive day by the SIT regarding the alleged adulterated ghee supply for Tirumala laddus.
The SIT is investigating irregularities in procurement procedures and quality testing related to ghee supplied by Bhole Baba Dairy.
Dharma Reddy reportedly stated that ghee purchases were based on the recommendations of the TTD’s Procurement Committee.
Investigators are looking into whether TTD officials knowingly accepted synthetic ghee or if negligence led to the use of adulterated products.
The SIT has previously questioned directors of Bhole Baba Dairy, who were arrested and released on bail.
