Delhi CM Reforms Aim to Speed Up Development Projects
Delhi's Chief Minister is making changes to how the city builds things like roads and buildings.
These changes will help projects get done faster and make sure everything is open and honest.
Now, when a project starts, the builders get half the money right away.
Also, city leaders can use a special fund to help their local areas, and they are using a new set of rules for construction costs.
Chief Minister Rekha Gupta introduced reforms for Delhi's development projects.
The reforms aim to speed up projects, increase transparency, and eliminate financial hurdles.
MLAs can use the Chief Minister’s Development Fund for constituency projects.
50% of project funds will be disbursed to agencies upon tender issuance.
Delhi will use the Delhi Schedule of Rates (DSR) 2023 for all construction works.
