Apple to launch new gaming app, replacing Game Center
Apple is creating a new app just for games on its devices, like iPhones and iPads.
This new app will be the place to find all your games in one spot, instead of Game Center.
It will work on your iPhone, iPad, Mac, and Apple TV.
The Mac version might even let you play games you didn't download from the App Store.
This app is expected to be announced in June and will be ready in time for the release of iOS 18 and the latest version of macOS later this year.
Apple also bought the company that made Sneaky Sasquatch to make its own original games.
Apple is developing a new gaming app across multiple platforms.
The app will replace the Game Center.
It will act as a central hub for launching games.
The Mac version will support games from outside the App Store.
Apple acquired RAC7 Games, developer of Sneaky Sasquatch.
