A doctor, Dr. Gandhali Deorukhkar, explained that egg freezing helps women who want to focus on other things before having children.

She said it's best to do it in the early 30s.

The process takes about 10-12 days and costs around Rs 1.2-2.5 lakh per cycle.

The doctor also said it's important to have realistic expectations and take care of your health before and after the procedure.
