Kukke Temple to Offer Free Breakfast for Devotees
The Kukke Sri Subrahmanya Temple, a popular pilgrimage site, will start giving away free breakfast to all devotees.
This is because many people visit early in the morning, especially to pray, and they don't get to have the afternoon meals.
The temple made the decision about six months ago with the help of the muzrai department.
Breakfast will be served between 8 am and 10 am every day.
The menu will rotate between uppittu, avalakki, and padengi.
The temple serves meals to many people every day, and this new breakfast program is to include those who arrive early.
