States Exceed Consumer Case Disposal in July 2025
In July 2025, many consumer complaint cases were solved in India!
Ten states and the NCDRC, the main group for consumer complaints, solved more cases than they received.
This means they're catching up on old cases.
Tamil Nadu did especially well.
An online platform called e-Jagriti is helping people file complaints easily.
It has over 200,000 users, and many cases have been filed through it this year.
Ten states and NCDRC resolved over 100% of consumer cases in July 2025.
NCDRC achieved a 122% disposal rate.
Tamil Nadu had the highest disposal rate at 277%.
Over 200,000 users, including NRIs, registered on the e-Jagriti platform by August 6, 2025.
