MediaForEurope Increases ProSiebenSat.1 Takeover Bid
The Berlusconi family's company, MediaForEurope (MFE), is trying to buy the German company ProSiebenSat.1 Media.
They've increased their offer, meaning they're willing to pay more.
The new offer includes both money and shares in MFE.
This values ProSieben's shares at a certain price.
MFE wants to create a big European media company.
Another company, PPF IM, has also made an offer to buy ProSieben, and it hasn't changed.

The offer values ProSieben at €2.01B, a 22% premium on Friday's closing price.
