McDonald's Adds New Burger, Summer Treats Amid Boycott
McDonald's is adding a new burger called the Daily Double to its menu all across the country.
It has two beef patties, cheese, and some fresh veggies.
The burger is part of the $5 meal deal that includes fries, nuggets, and a drink.
They're also bringing back summer desserts like a S'mores McFlurry and a Blueberry & Crème Pie for a limited time.
This comes after some people were not happy with McDonald's prices, and protested.
McDonald's is expanding its menu with the nationwide release of the Daily Double burger.
The Daily Double includes two beef patties, American cheese, lettuce, onions, tomato, and mayonnaise.
The Daily Double will be part of the $5 McValue Meal Deal.
McDonald's is also launching limited-time summer treats, including the Hershey's S'mores McFlurry and a Blueberry & Crème Pie.
The announcement follows a week-long boycott of McDonald's.
