Chopra Wins Paris Diamond League, Eyes Further Improvement
Neeraj Chopra, the Indian javelin thrower, won the Paris Diamond League.
This victory marks his first Diamond League win after the Tokyo Olympics.
He is happy to no longer be asked about the 90-meter mark, which he crossed in Doha earlier this year.
Chopra is focused on consistency, hoping to reach 90 meters in future competitions.
He is set to compete next at the Ostrava Golden Spike.
Neeraj Chopra won the Paris Diamond League with an 88.16m throw.
This is Chopra's first Diamond League win since his Tokyo Olympics gold.
Chopra previously surpassed the 90-meter mark at the Doha Diamond League.
He plans to compete at the Ostrava Golden Spike on June 24.
