Saurav Das Alleges Home Intrusion Amid ₹12 Lakh Rent Row
A man named Saurav Das is an important speaker for a political group called the Cockroach Janta Party, or CJP.
He said some people who make videos on the internet came to his home in Delhi without asking and filmed the inside of his house.
Das said this was not safe for his family and that about 15 to 20 people had gathered outside his home.
This happened after videos online said he pays a very high rent, about ₹12 lakh every month, for a fancy house in Delhi.
Many people on social media and some politicians are asking questions about his lifestyle and where the CJP gets its money.
Das called the incident an invasion of privacy and a grave security threat, and he asked the Delhi Police for help.
At the time, Das was not at home because he was in Maharashtra for a two-day meeting of his party.
Party leaders at the meeting are also planning how to campaign against the government's E20 petrol policy.

The row follows videos and social media posts claiming Das pays nearly ₹12 lakh per month in rent for a luxury GK-1 residence whose landlord reportedly lives in Australia.
Political opponents and social media users questioned Das' lifestyle and demanded greater transparency over the CJP's finances and fundraising.
Das was in Maharashtra for the CJP's two-day core committee meeting, expected to discuss strategy including a proposed campaign against the Centre's E20 petrol policy.
