ISI-backed Bangladeshi Terror Groups Planning Infiltration into India via West Bengal
Some groups that do bad things in Bangladesh, with help from a group called ISI, are planning to sneak into India.
Things have changed in Bangladesh, making it easier for these groups to operate and even release prisoners.
Indian security agencies have noticed that these groups are talking to people in India who can help them.
They are especially looking at the border in West Bengal, in areas like South 24 Parganas, Murshidabad, Birbhum, and Malda.
These groups are also reportedly trying to work together to become stronger.
In the last three years, Indian authorities caught and sent back many people from Bangladesh trying to cross the border into West Bengal.
These same networks in West Bengal have also been involved in spreading fake money and drugs.
Indian agencies are monitoring terror groups from Bangladesh planning infiltration into India via West Bengal.
Intelligence suggests increased chatter between terrorists in Bangladesh and their financiers/sympathizers in India.
Areas like South 24 Parganas, Murshidabad, Birbhum, and Malda in West Bengal are identified as key locations for these activities.
ISI is reportedly training terrorists in Bangladesh and advising major terror groups to unite.
Over 2,600 Bangladeshi nationals were apprehended and repelled from West Bengal borders in the last three years.
