Indri Whisky Wins Best World Whisky Again, Scores 99.1 Points
Indri whisky won the Best World Whisky award at the Las Vegas Global Spirits Awards for the second time.
This year's winning whisky is the Diwali Collector’s Edition.
It scored an impressive 99.1 out of 100 points.
The whisky, made by Piccadily Distilleries in India, uses Indian barley and is aged in Marsala wine casks.
The award recognized excellence in spirits by industry experts.
Indri has seen strong growth, outselling some famous Scotch brands.
The Diwali edition is set to launch in India soon.
The parent company's shares also saw a rise.
