India to Enforce Gaming Ban with International Aid
India is serious about enforcing its new law banning online games that involve money.
They plan to work with other countries, even using Interpol to catch companies operating from outside India.
They will also use a special team to shut down apps that break the rules.
The government is also working on ways to stop people from using tricks to get around the ban.
This all comes because the gaming industry couldn't regulate itself, and the government wants to protect people from problems caused by these games.
India's government will strictly enforce the Online Gaming Act 2025.
International cooperation, including Interpol, will be used to target offshore operators.
CERT-In will block or disable apps offering banned services.
The government aims to control VPN circumvention.
The ban follows industry's failed self-regulation.
