BJP Leader Seeks Removal of Defamatory Posts
Dushyant Gautam files FIR against Urmila Sanawar and Suresh Rathore over resort case allegations · telegraphindia.com

A big leader in the BJP, Dushyant Gautam, went to court because some people on the internet were saying he was involved in a bad thing that happened to a young woman named Ankita Bhandari.

The court said that these posts should be taken down because they might not be true and could hurt Gautam's reputation.

The court also said that if the people who made these posts don't take them down, then the internet companies like Facebook and YouTube have to do it.

The court will talk about this again on May 4.

Gautam says he had nothing to do with what happened to Ankita, and the court agreed that it's important to stop these posts until they can figure out the truth.

Meanwhile, a woman named Urmila Sanawar, who had released audio and video clips naming BJP leaders in connection with the case, surfaced in Dehradun to cooperate with a Special Investigation Team (SIT) probe.

She claimed to have evidence that could help secure justice for Ankita Bhandari.
