Buxar District Launches Kharif Awareness Drive for Farmers
Imagine the government is having a big meeting for farmers in Buxar!
They're telling everyone about how to grow crops better, especially when it's rainy or dry.
The main goal is to help farmers learn new ways to farm, like growing special grains and using new seeds.
They'll talk about money help, too!
The district wants to help farmers grow crops on a big area of land.
Also, they're reminding everyone not to burn old crops, because that's not good for the environment.
District Magistrate launched the district-level 'kharif abhiyan' with a training-cum-workshop.
Block-level campaigns will run from May 26 to June 1, followed by panchayat-level events.
The campaign aims to inform farmers about climate-resilient agricultural methods.
Training sessions will cover climate-friendly agriculture and subsidy information.
A kharif coverage target of 1,01,353 hectares has been set.
