Vaishno Devi Yatra Resumes After Weather, Landslide Disruptions
The journey to the Vaishno Devi shrine has restarted after being closed due to a landslide that sadly killed 34 people.
This journey had been suspended for 22 days after the landslide.
The yatra initially resumed Wednesday but was briefly stopped due to heavy rain.
On Thursday, the weather cleared, and the yatra resumed again.
Officials are making announcements about helicopter ticket availability.
This reopening is supported by the Jammu-Srinagar highway reopening.
The government is also helping those whose houses were damaged in land subsidence.

The landslide caused 34 pilgrim deaths.
