Annapurna Muhim Provides Flood Relief to Over 10,000 in Assam

People in Assam, a part of India, are going through very bad floods.

The water came into their homes and damaged or ruined their things.

Many families no longer have food or clean drinking water.

A group of helpful volunteers is bringing them hot meals and safe water.

They are also giving families useful items like bedsheets, mosquito nets, and cooking pots.

Small medicine kits are being handed out to families who need basic healthcare.

The volunteers even help clean homes that are full of mud and dirt.

This makes it safer for families to move back into their houses.

The work is called the Annapurna Muhim, and it has already helped more than 10,000 people.

The volunteers plan to keep helping until more families get the support they need.
