IMC Commissioner Inspects Bhagirathpura Development Works
The head of the Indore city government, Kshitij Singhal, visited the Bhagirathpura area early in the morning to check on the construction of new water pipes and drainage systems.
He was joined by other important city officials.
They looked at the work being done in several neighborhoods and told the workers to finish the job quickly and safely.
The commissioner also talked to local people to learn about their water supply problems and told the officials to make sure everyone gets enough water until the new system is ready.
Later, he visited a place where an old water tank was removed and told the officials to clean up the area quickly.
IMC Commissioner Kshitij Singhal inspected ongoing Narmada water supply and drainage line works in Bhagirathpura at 6 am on Wednesday.
The inspection covered areas including Tara Medical, Nai Basti, MR-4 Road, and the temple vicinity.
Singhal directed officials to complete the works on time, maintain quality, and ensure safety measures are in place.
He interacted with residents to understand the current drinking water supply situation and directed officials to ensure regular water supply through tankers.
The commissioner also inspected a site near the Zone No 4 Sangam Nagar zonal office where a drinking water tank had been removed and instructed officials to clear the debris promptly.
