Gitopadesh Summit Promotes Bhagavad Gita Wisdom
The Gitopadesh Summit is a big event where lots of kids and adults come together to learn about the Bhagwad Gita.
This year, it was held in Hyderabad at a place called Kanha Shanti Vanam.
The Governor of Telangana and a spiritual leader named Daaji were there to talk about how the Bhagwad Gita can help us live better lives.
They had fun activities like reciting poems, making posters, and telling stories.
There was also a big competition where kids from all over the world recited slokas (verses) from the Bhagwad Gita.
The main idea of the summit is to teach people how to be peaceful, strong, and do the right things in life.
Additionally, a prize distribution ceremony was held in Tirupati for the winners of the Bhagavad Gita Shloka recitation competition, emphasizing the importance of understanding the Gita's message from a young age.
The third Gitopadesh Summit was held at Kanha Shanti Vanam, Hyderabad, with over 2500 students from Telangana and 30 schools across India participating.
The summit was themed 'हृदये माम् पश्यसि – See the Divinity in Your Heart' and featured activities like Sloka Recitation, Storytelling, Poster-making, and cultural performances.
Hon’ble Governor of Telangana, Shri Jishnu Dev Varma, and Revered Daaji, Guide of Heartfulness, were key speakers at the event.
The summit included the culmination of the Global Sloka Competition, with 5000 children from 150 schools worldwide participating.
A prize distribution ceremony was held in Tirupati for the winners of the Bhagavad Gita Shloka recitation competition, with about 8,500 boys and girls participating in competitions across 59 centers.
