NSDL to Launch ₹4,011 Crore IPO on July 30
NSDL, a company that helps keep track of stocks, is selling shares to the public.
This is called an IPO.
They're hoping to raise about ₹4,011 crore, and each share will cost between ₹760 and ₹800.
The sale starts July 30th.
Existing shareholders like the National Stock Exchange and IDBI Bank are selling their shares to comply with rules about how much of a company one entity can own.
The money from this sale won't go to NSDL.
This will make NSDL the second company of its kind to be publicly traded.
