Kerala Women's Ultimate Frisbee Team Wins Spirit Championship

The Kerala women's Ultimate Frisbee team, made up of women from different backgrounds, won the Spirit Championship at a national tournament.

This was their first time competing.

Ultimate Frisbee is a sport where players pass a frisbee to each other, trying to score by catching it in the end zone.

It's a non-contact sport, and players are responsible for following the rules themselves.

The women's category allows players more opportunities to grow and feel included.
