JPMorgan Holds Nifty 50 Target as Earnings Outlook Improves

JPMorgan is a financial company that studies businesses and markets.

It believes the Nifty 50 index could reach 27,000 in its main forecast.

The Nifty 50 is a group of major companies listed in India.

JPMorgan also has a more optimistic target of 30,000 and a more cautious target of 20,500.

The brokerage said company earnings started the FY27 season stronger than expected.

In the first quarter, companies in the MSCI India group increased revenue by 19%.

Their profits after tax increased by 16%.

More companies beat earnings forecasts than missed them, which supported JPMorgan’s outlook.
