Madhya Pradesh MOP Round Has 14 Open-Category Government Seats
Madhya Pradesh is holding another round of counselling for students seeking medical college places.
This round includes 140 seats in government colleges and 692 in private colleges.
Only 14 government-college seats are open to students in the unreserved category.
Private colleges also have 292 seats under the NRI quota.
Students must submit their new college choices between October 4 and October 7, 2026.
They need to provide a security deposit of Rs 2 lakh if they are non-NRI candidates, or Rs 10 lakh if they are NRI candidates.
The deposit can be taken away if a student does not join after getting a seat.
A seat-leaving bond also applies to students who leave after this round.
