Modi-Era Governance Expands Financial Inclusion and Basic Services

Lanka Dinakar said Narendra Modi’s government has focused on building systems that help people receive services.

He said this includes bank accounts for people who previously had limited access to banking.

He also pointed to loans given through the MUDRA program.

Dinakar said many more rural homes now have tap-water connections.

He also mentioned houses built through a government housing program and LPG connections for households.

India’s national highway network has grown, according to his statement.

Railway electrification and the number of operational airports have also expanded.
