Vijayan alleges politically motivated transfers, harassment of Kerala employees

Something very sad happened in Kerala, a state in India, and a leader named Pinarayi Vijayan is very upset about it.

He says the state government is treating people who work for it very badly.

He talked about a worker named Ashalatha who was forced to change her job and sadly passed away.

He also talked about a doctor named K V Radhamani who takes care of children and got very sick at work.

Vijayan says many workers are being moved to new jobs for political reasons, not fair reasons.

He also says the government is not paying workers money they deserve, like pensions and extra pay.

Vijayan used to lead the government before, and he says his team treated workers better.

But the person in charge now, the chief minister, says the opposite, that Vijayan's old team did not take care of workers.

Vijayan is asking people to protest because he thinks the current government is being unfair.

Remember, these are things Vijayan says, and the two sides disagree about what really happened.
