Supreme Court Seeks Replies Over MP Medical Scholarship Dispute

Supreme Court Seeks Replies Over MP Medical Scholarship Dispute

Dr Dinesh Chandra Patidar studied for a medical degree in Haryana.

His college fee was ₹7 lakh each year.

He said he was entitled to help from a government scholarship.

Instead, he received ₹84,000 for two years.

He and his lawyer argued that the government should pay the full ₹21 lakh course fee.

The Madhya Pradesh High Court had earlier rejected his case.

The Supreme Court has now asked government authorities to respond.

The court has not yet given a final decision.
