Who are Noel Tata's children and their Tata Group roles
Noel Tata is part of a very big Indian business family called the Tata Group.
He has three children: Leah, Maya, and Neville.
They all work for the family business, but each one does a different job.
Leah works in hotels and helps run a hotel brand called Gateway Hotels & Resorts.
Maya works with clothing stores called Westside and will soon help sell their clothes online.
Neville works in supermarkets called Star Bazaar, where people buy food and everyday things.
None of them is the boss of the whole company yet, but they are learning important jobs.
They also help their family's charity, called Tata Trusts, which gives money to good causes.
Noel Tata has three children — Leah, Maya and Neville — none of whom currently holds a top leadership position at Tata Sons.
Leah Tata serves as Vice President and Brand Leader of Gateway Hotels & Resorts, part of Indian Hotels Company Limited (IHCL), the Tata company behind the Taj portfolio.
Maya Tata, the youngest sibling, is associated with Trent and in July 2026 was reported to be preparing to take charge of Westside's e-commerce marketing function.
Neville Tata joined Trent in 2016, worked across brands including Zudio, and was appointed head of Star Bazaar, Trent's hypermarket business, in August 2024.
All three children serve as trustees across Tata Trusts entities, with Neville appointed to the Sir Dorabji Tata Trust for a three-year term in November 2025.
