NDMC Sets Weekly Dashboard Review for 99 Projects
The New Delhi Municipal Council has chosen 99 projects to check every week.
These projects include both new work and work already underway.
Officials will use a special dashboard to see how each project is progressing.
The dashboard can show delays, problems and who is responsible for fixing them.
The council says this should help decisions happen faster.
It hopes to complete projects twice as quickly while keeping good quality.
At Nehru Park, workers improved cleaning, toilets, fountains and water ATMs over 21 days.
They also worked on green areas, drip irrigation, water harvesting and waste collection.
The New Delhi Municipal Council has listed 99 new and ongoing projects for weekly review.
An in-house dashboard will track project progress, bottlenecks, delays, accountability and outcomes.
Chairman Manoj Kumar Dwivedi said the framework aims to speed implementation and improve decision-making.
The NDMC hopes to double implementation speed while maintaining better quality and outcomes.
Dwivedi also reported improvements at Nehru Park, including restored fountains, water ATMs and improved cleaning.
