Delhi High Court Issues Notices Over Campaign Against Women Colonels

Two women Colonels in the Indian Army say people spread harmful posts about them online.

They say the posts called them corrupt, incompetent and unable to lead.

The posts allegedly also criticized other women Army officers.

The officers filed a defamation case in the Delhi High Court.

They are asking for Rs 2.01 crore in damages.

The court sent notices to a retired Colonel, a lawyer and several anonymous X accounts.

Justice Sachin Datta also gave them temporary legal protection.

The case will continue, and the court may issue further orders.
