CM Suvendu Adhikari Honors Khudiram Bose, Pledges Keshpur Development
A big leader of a state in India called West Bengal is a man named Suvendu Adhikari.
He went to a town called Keshpur to remember a very brave man named Khudiram Bose.
Khudiram Bose lived a long time ago and fought for India's freedom.
He gave his life for the country, and people honor him on the day he died.
The leader's helicopter could not land because the weather was bad, so he drove to Keshpur instead.
He promised to fix up Khudiram Bose's old family house and build a museum to tell his story.
He also said the government would give money to help the area grow.
He said past governments did not honor freedom fighters enough, and he wants to look at old files about people who were mean to him.
Another leader named Mamata Banerjee also visited a place in Kolkata to remember Khudiram Bose.
West Bengal Chief Minister Suvendu Adhikari paid tribute to freedom fighter Khudiram Bose on his death anniversary at Mohobani in Keshpur, Paschim Medinipur.
Adhikari's helicopter made an emergency landing at Kolaghat due to bad weather, and he reached Keshpur by road.
He announced the restoration of Khudiram Bose's ancestral house, a museum, and Rs. 5 crore for the Mehboni development authority.
