Polavaram Hydroelectric Station to Sync with Project Timeline
The Andhra Pradesh Genco is working on the Polavaram Hydroelectric Power Station.
They want to make sure that the power station is finished at the same time as the rest of the Polavaram project.
They just started using a big crane to help put in the important parts of the power station, like the machines that make electricity.
More cranes are on the way.
The goal is to get the power station ready at the same time as the dam so it can start making power as soon as possible.
The power station is being built at the same time as the dam, so the work must go together.
APGenco aims to synchronize the Polavaram Hydroelectric Power Station's completion with the main project timeline.
A 150/30-tonne crane was inaugurated at the Polavaram Hydroelectric Station.
The crane will be used to install turbines and generators.
Two additional cranes with a 225/40-tonne capacity are planned.
Installation of turbines and generators is scheduled to commence soon.
