Supreme Court Seeks Centre Response on CBSE OSM Complaints

Supreme Court Seeks Centre Response on CBSE OSM Complaints

The Supreme Court is looking at complaints about how CBSE checked students’ answer sheets on computers.

About 1.68 lakh students used a special CBSE complaint window to ask for their marks to be checked again.

Some students reportedly did not receive answer sheets, results, or replies.

Other students said they could not use the website because they lacked internet or faced other problems.

The students’ lawyers want the complaint window opened again.

The Centre said CBSE marks are connected to entrance tests and college admissions.

It said exams such as JEE Main could not be postponed indefinitely.

The court wants more information before deciding whether more action is needed.

The Centre must submit an affidavit by Monday.
