Mumbai Cyclists Complete 16-Day Kashmir to Kanyakumari Tour
A big group of cyclists, including some from Mumbai, went on a very long bike ride from Kashmir in the north to Kanyakumari in the south of India.
This trip was to celebrate the 150th birthday of a famous Indian leader, Sardar Vallabhbhai Patel.
The ride took 16 days and was very hard because the weather was very cold in the north and very hot in the south.
The cyclists even visited a huge statue of Patel in Gujarat.
Everyone felt very proud when they finished the ride.
The Mumbai group that went on this trip is called Pedal Warriors, and they often go on bike rides together.
Nine Mumbai cyclists, including a 69-year-old and a 19-year-old, completed a 16-day cycling expedition from Kashmir to Kanyakumari.
The tour was organized to mark the 150th birth anniversary of Sardar Vallabhbhai Patel and included a detour to the Statue of Unity in Gujarat.
Over 100 cyclists from 20 Indian states participated, facing extreme temperature variations throughout the journey.
