The floods hit six districts, like Balasore and Bhadrak, and caused big problems for people.
Three people died: a fire worker was shocked by electricity, an old man fell into a collapsed wall, and a child was found in the water.
More than 200,000 people were affected, and about 30,000 were moved to safer places.
The government moved 212 people out of danger in the last day.
Many houses were damaged and 7,901 hectares of farmland were flooded.
The Baitarani, Budhabalanga, Salandi, and Brahmani rivers were all above safe levels.
The Mahanadi river was also rising, and the Hirakud Reservoir was almost full.
The government is working with rescue teams to keep people safe.
