South Korean President Lee returns to Blue House
South Korean President Lee Jae Myung went to the Blue House, the traditional presidential palace, for the first time since he became president.
His predecessor, Yoon Suk Yeol, had moved the presidential office to the Defense Ministry building.
President Lee wants to bring back the office to the Blue House to make a fresh start.
The Blue House is a big, historic place in Seoul.
President Yoon had moved the office because he thought it was too far from the people, but many were worried about the cost and security.
President Yoon is now in jail because he declared martial law, which caused a big problem in the country.
President Lee will keep living in another place in Seoul for now, but the office will eventually move back to the Blue House.
South Korean President Lee Jae Myung visited Cheong Wa Dae (Blue House) for the first time since taking office in June.
His predecessor, Yoon Suk Yeol, had moved the presidential office to the Defense Ministry compound in 2022.
Lee is relocating the presidential office back to Cheong Wa Dae to erase Yoon's legacy.
