TAC Infosec Subsidiary CyberScope Aims for Nasdaq Listing
TAC Infosec, a cybersecurity company, has a subsidiary called CyberScope that wants to list on the Nasdaq stock exchange in the US.
CyberScope helps protect Web3 technologies like blockchain and digital assets.
TAC Infosec bought a big part of CyberScope last year to grow its business.
The company's CEO, Trishneet Arora, has always wanted to list on Nasdaq.
If CyberScope lists, it will be the first Indian tech company to do this through a subsidiary.
TAC Infosec is also growing fast, with more clients and higher profits.
They want to be the biggest cybersecurity company by the number of clients by 2026.
CyberScope Web3 Security Inc, a subsidiary of TAC Infosec, has initiated the regulatory process for a potential Nasdaq listing.
TAC Infosec acquired a 60% stake in CyberScope for $1.4 million in February 2025, adding $1.2 million to its revenue.
CyberScope provides Web3 security services, including smart contract audits and KYC/AML checks, with over 2,700 audits and 500 KYC verifications completed.
TAC Infosec's net profit jumped 138% year-on-year to INR 15.6 crore in the first half of FY26, with 70-75% of revenue coming from the US.
If the listing goes through, TAC Infosec would become the only Indian technology company to enter US capital markets through international subsidiaries.
