Canadian Citizen Killed in Iran Protests

Canadian Citizen Killed in Iran Protests

A Canadian person died in Iran.

The Canadian government says it happened because of the Iranian authorities.

The Canadian Foreign Minister, Anita Anand, talked about it on social media.

She said the Iranian people have been protesting peacefully, but the government there has been treating them badly.

The protests are about the Iranian government not listening to the people and not respecting human rights.

The Canadian government is very sad about this and is helping the family.

Many other people have also been hurt or killed in these protests.

The Canadian and Indian governments are telling their people to leave Iran if they can.
