CBI Opposes Rabri Devi's Case Transfer Plea
Rabri Devi, a former chief minister of Bihar, has asked for her criminal cases to be moved to a different judge.
She says the current judge, Special Judge Vishal Gogne, is biased against her.
The cases are about some scandals involving land and jobs, and a railway company.
The Central Bureau of Investigation (CBI), which is investigating these cases, says Rabri Devi is just trying to delay the trial and that the judge is fair.
The court will continue hearing arguments on December 15.
Rabri Devi seeks transfer of criminal cases alleging bias by Special Judge Vishal Gogne.
CBI opposes the transfer, calling it a mala fide attempt to interfere with justice.
